The heart shaped with the birds has two boxes nesting inside it. I bought that one in Germany. Someone made me the painted one with the flower. One of them has a few trinkets, a button, an old key. It’s one of those collections I didn’t intend to start.But I read somewhere when you decorate one should group like items together.
Keep or Pitch? 
I love the 3 heart shaped ones, I would totally keep them! But if you don’t like them, then donate!
